I don't think this applies for all training courses and certainly not for all managers. Sometimes, as a developer, you don't have the time nor the motivation to learn something new. I remember undergoing a 5 day UNIX training class (that was very pertinent to my job) a few years back and it did help me a lot.

I do admit though, that some training courses are scam, and most managers out there try to have as much training as they can for their staff in order to exhaust their yearly budget and inflate next year's budget.

You did forget something though, sometimes you get a training outside the country that you're in, and you actually get paid extra $$$/day just to show up! You may call it whatever you want, but this is, for me, a win-win situation for all.

Hey, I new 4 of them well, how strong you felt about cooking not so much but it would explain the idea of that Pizza oven in the back yard. Did you get it?

So you are neglecting this site as well as not returning emails eh? I hope it is just due to a busy happy fullfilling life.

Is everything actually OK with you guys?

Hi Michael,

I was reading this blog post and I really liked it. Would you be interested in publishing your project management articles on PM Hut? PM Hut is a very large database of project management articles written by professional authors such as yourself. If you're interested, then all I need from you is a small bio to append at the end of every article I publish.

Sorry for contacting you through the comments section but I couldn't find your contact information anywhere.

I really hope to hear from you soon.
